Important Dates and Deadlines for Graduate Students

                                          * All supporting documents must be received by the deadline for

                                             MAT applicants to be considered for Spring or Summer graduate admission.

5 Year Graduate Study Program --  February 1

Deadlines for Applications and all supporting documents/materials for International Students are: 

                                  April 1 for Fall Semester,  October 1 for Spring Semester  and  March 1 for Summer Sessions.

Important Submission Dates for Current Graduate Students to Remember

Application for Candidacy

   The Application for Candidacy Form must be completed and submitted in the semester prior
   to which you desire to receive the degree.

   All applicants must meet the following criteria:

• admitted as a degree-seeking student
• 21 hours of course work completed
• grade point average of 3.00 or higher

Intent to Graduate

   The Intent to Graduate Form must be completed and submitted by the dates listed below:

Defense of Thesis

  Copies of the thesis are to be submitted to thesis committee members ten ( 10 ) days prior to the

  requested defense date.

   Recommended changes to the thesis by the thesis committee members must be made prior to  submission for     Thesis Format Review by the Office of Graduate Studies.
